I have been writing a lot recently. Mostly, between the lines of becoming better, healing, and sprinkles of emotional twisters.
And that could also mean one thing, that I have been spending so much time in my head. It’s chaotic and unstable in there.
For the past month, I have been trying to slow it down. Read books. Watched videos. All are okay to start with. But I was struggling to maintain it.
I have tried so many apps in the past, some have worked some have not. And currently, I am trying to re-explore them.
In this post, you will find a compilation of mindfulness apps.
Plum Village
I have always loved Thich Nhat Hanh. I love watching his talks on youtube. And the mindfulness practices that you can get free through his app, the Plum Village. You can access everything in the app. And in return, you may choose to give a donation to help support them.
That’s it. No obligations!
For now, I’m focused to this app only. There are other apps out there, too. Like calm, headspace, and lots more.
